Consent
By providing your mobile phone number AND affirmatively checking a consent box (or replying YES to a confirmation message), you give Insomniac AI express written consent to send you SMS messages related to your account, our Services, scheduling, and (if you separately opted in) marketing communications. Consent is not a condition of receiving our Services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive transactional messages (appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations) as relevant, and up to a few marketing messages per month if you opted in to marketing.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Insomniac AI is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opt out
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. We will send a one-time confirmation and stop sending you SMS thereafter, except messages needed to facilitate an active service request.

Supported carriers
SMS service is provided through carrier networks that may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email Communications (CAN-SPAM Compliance)
If you opt in to receive emails from Insomniac AI, here is what you need to know:
Transactional emails
You may receive emails directly related to your interactions with us (appointment confirmations, responses to your inquiries, support communications) without separate opt-in, because these are necessary to provide the Services you requested.
Marketing emails
Marketing emails are only sent if you have affirmatively opted in (for example, signed up for workshop announcements or checked a marketing-consent box on a form).
Unsubscribe
Every marketing email contains a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing agent@insomniacai.com with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE.” We will honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Sender identification
Every email we send identifies Insomniac AI as the sender and includes our physical mailing address (above).
How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
- With service providers and data processors who help us operate the Site and Services. Our primary data processor is GoHighLevel / HighLevel Inc. (operating the LeadConnector platform), which stores contact records, handles SMS, email, and chat delivery, manages our calendar bookings, and provides site analytics. Service providers are contractually obligated to handle data securely and use it only for the purposes we direct.
- With your consent, in cases where you have explicitly authorized us to share information.
- For legal reasons when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to protect rights, safety, and property; to enforce our Terms; or to investigate fraud or security issues.
- In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case the receiving party would be required to honor commitments made in this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. Cookies we may use include:
